Quest Synergistic Selenium 200mcg formula contains both antioxidant vitamins C & E. Selenium is the main component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase. This is a fundamental antioxidant which may help maintain overall health. Quest Synergistic Selenium may also support the immune system by providing essential vitamins and minerals. Selenium also helps to maintain healthy thyroid functioning as well as healthy skin and hair. It may also help with maintenance of normal levels of sperm production. This supplement does not contain any hydrogenated fat, animal substances, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.
